Japanese Knotweed

So we have a delicious and aggressively invasive Japanese knotweed on our property. It tastes like a celery rubarb asparagus mix. Yummy!

Beach Time!

What an amazing day at the beach! The sun has finally been coming out and we took advantage of it. I love that it only takes me 10 minutes to clean. That gives me plenty of time to play all day. I definitely recommend a visit to Kopachuck state park. Discover pass required. https://g.co/kgs/MTn63I

We love this beautiful homestead! The fruit trees have been trimmed and some garlic has been planted in the garden. We have found huckleberries, salal berries, black berries and raspberries here as well.❤️
